Responsibilities:1. Preparing DocumentsGather and organize required documents for business license applications, including:Tenant Agreement (TA)Business premise picturesCustoms and Excise (Cukai) documentsFloor plan of the business locationEnsure all documents meet regulatory requirements before submission.2. Filling Out FormsComplete online and offline application forms accurately.Verify all entered information to prevent errors or delays.3. Arrangement for SubmissionSubmit applications via online portals or in-person (offline) as required.Ensure proper acknowledgment receipts are obtained for tracking purposes.4. Follow-Up on SubmissionMonitor application status and follow up with authorities if no progress is made within 2 Weeks of submission.Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.5. Updating on ProgressMaintain a tracking list of all submitted applications with real-time updates.Provide regular progress reports to relevant stakeholders.6. Monitoring and Maintaining Business LicensesKeep an updated list of all active and expiring business licenses.Initiate renewal processes before deadlines to avoid penalties.7. Document ManagementStore digital copies of all licenses and related documents in a shared folder.Ensure proper version control and accessibility for authorized personnel. Requirements:Strong organizational and documentation skills.Attention to detail in form filling and compliance requirements.Basic knowledge of government licensing procedures.Ability to track multiple submissions and deadlines.Proficiency in using online submission portals and shared document systems.This role ensures smooth business licensing processes, compliance with regulations, and proper record-keeping for audit and renewal purposes.
