Job SummaryThe Executive Commercial Excellence (Data Analyst) is responsible for implementing and monitoring strategies, processes, and tools to enhance sales force productivity. This position also involves data analysis and automation projects, providing the candidate with a steep learning curveGeneral ResponsibilitiesInterpret CRM data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide reports, transfer data into information/insight for business operationManage active usage of customer relationship management program to monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage customer data and direct segmentation/targeting…Ensure accurate and on-time incentive calculation for sales teamCollaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and customize solutions that will increase their effectiveness; execute and monitor sales force effectiveness plans and initiatives to drive sales force productivity Manage and conduct thorough sales force effectiveness diagnosis. Highlight critical sales force needs/requirements and recommend solutionsImprove data flows between systems and ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.Functional Skills And KnowledgeDemonstrate proficiencies in reporting tools, including MS Excel (advanced level), Power BI, SQL, and Python (nice to have)Propose and drive technical solutions using problem-solving skillsFluent English for communication with stakeholdersGood teamwork and collaboration skills; self-starter with a can-do attitudeFamiliar with data analysis in market research or contact center is a plusEducationBachelor or above in business statistic or relevant majors
