Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Video Production Leadership (Primary Focus)Lead the full end-to-end video production lifecycle: concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.Ensure all videos meet platform-specific technical requirements (formats, aspect ratios, codecs, bitrates, durations).Oversee quality control before and after publishing for social media, ads, campaigns, and website content.Direct the production team during studio shoots, location shoots, doctor/patient videos, and brand campaigns.Optimize content creation workflow to increase output quality and speed.Ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence in all video materials.2. Creative Leadership & StrategyOwn and evolve the company’s overall creative vision, brand identity, and tone.Translate business and marketing goals into strong visual storytelling and campaign ideas.Lead the conceptual development of multi-channel creative concepts (video-first, but including static and written assets).Guarantee creative excellence and brand strength across all touchpoints.3. Team Management (5–10 People)Manage a multidisciplinary creative/production team: videographers, editors, designers, art directors, copywriters, and social media creatives.Mentor, train, and develop team members to improve skill and output quality.Assign clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows.Foster a creative, disciplined, and feedback-driven team culture.4. Cross-Department CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Performance teams to ensure video assets serve campaign goals.Align production resources with marketing calendars and priorities.Provide leadership and approvals for every major campaign or video concept.5. Brand GovernanceMaintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all video and visual content.Safeguard brand quality, tone, and visual standards.Continuously strengthen brand perception through creative direction.6. Project & Workflow ManagementCreate production schedules, shooting calendars, and monthly content pipelines.Allocate resources effectively across multiple ongoing video projects.Improve operational efficiency through automation, templates, and optimized processes.7. Performance Analysis & ReportingMonitor the performance of video content across ads, YouTube, social platforms, and landing pages.Provide insights and creative recommendations based on data.Present creative developments, metrics, and successes to leadership.Required Qualifications7+ years of senior creative or video-production leadership experience (agency, studio, or in-house).Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production and storytelling.Expertise in filming, editing workflows, color grading, lighting, and technical production standards.Deep understanding of digital-first video trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, UGC, ad creatives).Strong leadership, communication skills, and decision-making ability.Experience managing creative teams of 5–10 people.Preferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or tech industries.Familiarity with performance-driven creatives (ads, funnels, landing-page videos).Ability to build scalable video pipelines and multi-format content systems.Personal AttributesVisionary, creative, and highly detail-oriented.Strong taste and aesthetic judgment.Proactive problem-solver with high ownership.Adaptable and able to lead in fast-paced environments.Strong collaborator across departments.Success IndicatorsHigh-performing, high-quality video content across all channels.Strong engagement and improved campaign results driven by video.Fully optimized production workflows and increased team efficiency.Strong, consistent brand identity across all creative output.Positive feedback from leadership, teams, and patients/customers.
