Job Summary{{:}}We are looking for a skilled and motivated Executive Engineer to lead the Mechanical Maintenance function at our Chrome Pellet Plant’s 0.72 MTPA Chrome Ore Grinding Unit. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of critical equipment such as Ball Mills, Slurry Pumps, CVDFs, Filter Presses, and Hydro Cyclones, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role requires strong expertise in system modification aligned with process requirements, project execution, and installation of grinding unit equipment. Leadership qualities to manage technical teams and drive operational excellence are essential.Key Responsibilities{{:}} Supervise the maintenance of grinding unit equipment, including Ball Mills, CVDFs, Hydro Cyclones, Slurry Pumps, Belt Conveyors, Vibrating Screens, Wet Screens, Filter Presses, Compressors, and Feeders. Ensure strict adherence to preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Lead and coordinate projects related to equipment installation, upgrades, and process-driven modifications. Manage and oversee manpower across General, A, B, and C shifts for effective execution of grinding section activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all maintenance operations and equipment records. Utilize SAP for comprehensive maintenance management—material planning, purchase requisitions, preventive maintenance logs, execution of activities, and billing processes.
