Job Responsibilities:Strategic Proposals: Craft and present innovative short and mid-term business plans and strategies for seamless execution between Regional Affiliates and Factories.Policy Development: Design operational policies that encompass budgets, supply chains, pricing, and product management, optimizing performance for both Regional Affiliates and Factories.Data Analysis: Dive into data to analyze key sales-related metrics, proposing and implementing improvements for Regional Affiliates and Factories.Coordination and Collaboration: Be the vital link among Daikin Group companies, both regional and local, to drive successful sales activities.Event Planning: Organize and host engaging events and meetings that bring together all relevant parties.Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering/Science/Business studies with minimum CGPA 3.0 or 2nd class upper.Able to work independently and possess good communication, analysing skill & organizing skill.Willing to travel overseas & locally.
