Our coaching combines executive functioning training, social-emotional support, and habit-building—backed by research and proven results.Our instructors, teachers, private coaches, and EF learning specialists have graduated from the nation’s top Universities, but what truly sets them apart is their warm professionalism, their passion for education, and their enthusiasm for working with people on creating great habits and study skills.Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, structured, and skilled EF Learning Specialists to support our young adult and university clients—ranging from young adults just entering college to those entering their first years in the workforce—in developing systems for time management, organization, productivity, and goal setting.The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others grow, a deep understanding of executive functioning challenges (such as procrastination, overwhelm, ADHD, and work-life balance), and a talent for turning chaos into clarity.We are looking for coaches who have a background in psychology or educational therapy and have very firm boundaries with teenagers/young adults.
