This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact campaigns and engagement initiatives spanning social media, email, and web platforms.Working closely with experienced marketers and cross-functional teams, you’ll be involved in campaign planning, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, and performance analysis. If you’re passionate about content, digital platforms, and promoting financial literacy, and you’re eager to help individuals and SMEs strengthen their financial well-being—we’d love to hear from you.Here's How You Will Add Value:Digital Campaign ExecutionPlan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Responsible for setting up ads, refining targeting strategies, managing budgets, and optimising performance for both Consumer and SME segments.Content Creation & ManagementDevelop engaging and educational content across social media, websites, and email platforms — including copywriting, basic design coordination, and overseeing the production of videos, graphics, and posts to drive awareness and engagement.Social Media OwnershipTake charge of daily social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube — including content planning, publishing schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.SEO & Audience ResearchLead keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to inform SEO strategy and improve campaign precision and targeting across paid and organic efforts.Performance Analysis & ReportingMonitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio. Build dashboards and insights reports to track KPIs, drive learnings, and propose optimisations.Creative & Conversion TestingOwn and run A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns — with the goal of increasing click-through and conversion rates.Cross-Team CollaborationWork with internal teams including creative, data, product, and sales to ensure integrated marketing execution. Contribute actively to ideation sessions and campaign development.Marketing Operations & CRMManage campaign asset libraries, coordinate marketing event support, and lead execution of email marketing activities through CRM tools such as MoEngage or Salesforce.What you'll need to succeed:QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.Coursework or certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Analytics (a plus).Work Experience1+ years of experience within growth performance marketing portfolio, marketing projects, social media management, or content creationSkills & CompetenciesStrong passion for digital marketing and financial literacyFamiliar with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google AnalyticsProficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceGood command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)Creative, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
