The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, laundry management, and ensuring guest accommodations meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, training staff, and maintaining effective communication across departments to guarantee seamless service. This role requires proactive problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to resort policies.QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role and familiarity with resort standards is a plusExperience and skills in overall housekeeping operations managementStrong Organizational Skills and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with staff and guestsProficiency in Training and supervising housekeeping staff to ensure standards are consistently metKnowledge of health and safety standards in hospitalityFlexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environmentFluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
