As a key member of the Global HRS L&D team, the Training Administrator's primary mission is to ensure top-tier execution of training administration. This includes handling administrative tasks, evaluating effectiveness, maintaining databases managed by the offshore team for LMS, Munich. Role : Executive - HR Services (Learning administrator)Shift : 12:30pm to 9:30pm German shiftQualification & ExperienceIn line with the prescribed guidelines, the candidate will also need to meet the following criteria.Bachelor's degree.Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in the area of L&DProficient in MS Office and Intermediate Excel skills with great drive to constantly improve Tech-inclined, always in a lookout for ways to replace manual work, automate, to be more efficient Proficient in EnglishExposure to HR platforms either global like SuccessFactors or other similar tools.
