As the firm scales, they need someone who can manage the essentials—client onboarding, file preparation, and legal templates—with accuracy and reliability. You’ll be a crucial player behind the scenes, keeping systems organized and ensuring every client experience runs smoothly.If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a boutique legal environment, this is your opportunity to learn the industry from the inside out.Qualifications:Must-Haves:Exceptional attention to detail—zero tolerance for typos or errors.Highly organized, reliable, and focused during work hours.Resourceful problem-solver—uses guides, SOPs, and tools before asking for help.Clear communicator, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.Accuracy in handling sensitive data (names, dates, emails, numbers).Nice-to-Have:Legal Administration Background – Not required, but a huge plus if you’ve worked in a law firm or handled legal documentation.Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant:Your responsibilities include: Client Onboarding & File ManagementPrepare new client files and input details into the firm’s management systemDraft and issue engagement letters, client agreements, and fee quotesTrack client onboarding progress and ensure all signed documents are returned and filedKeep digital and physical files organized, accurate, and up to dateLegal Document Preparation & TemplatesComplete and format legal templates such as contracts, wills, agreements, and correspondenceReview documents for accuracy in names, dates, and details before submissionMaintain and update firm templates to ensure consistency and complianceProofread all documents to ensure they meet professional legal standardsDeadline & Task ManagementRecord and track key contract and case deadlinesUpdate shared calendars and send reminders to the legal teamFollow up with clients for missing information or required actionsAdministrative & Internal SupportAssist with general administrative tasks, document storage, and data managementManage task instructions received via email or WhatsApp and confirm completionSupport smooth communication between team members and maintain workflow accuracyTroubleshoot basic tech or document issues using provided guides and online resources Growth & Process ImprovementOnce core tasks are mastered, assist in refining procedures and improving efficiencyContribute to system updates, template enhancements, and process documentationWant to Know More About the Client?Our client is a boutique law firm making big waves in the world of commercial law, litigation, and property conveyancing.
