The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling communications, and maintaining efficient coordination across stakeholders, projects, and events.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & Coordination: Organize and manage meetings, appointments, and calendars; arrange travel and logistics as needed.Communication Management: Handle calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.Event Organization: Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings related to ongoing projects.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, finances, and reporting requirements.Project Support: Coordinate with teams to prepare reports, presentations, and project updates.Stakeholder Interface: Serve as a key point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. RequirementsMinimum 1 year of prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence.Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other productivity tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
