In this role you will work with the leading SaaS and Technology Founders across North America to place exceptional Product, Engineering, and Sales talent.We work primarily with Seed-through-Series C-funded startups that are looking for 10x-multiplier hires.In this role, you will source quality talent on LinkedIn Recruiter, screen said talent, and create the Candidate Profiles that will make clients say YES.The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:You have at least 2 years of experience in 3rd-party Recruitment, with a history of exceeding billing targets.You have "the gift of gab" and this translates in person, over video, and over the phone.Bonus points if you have had exposure to the Software/Technology space.You're able to commute to an office downtown Toronto (Queen & University) at least 1 time per week.
