Design ideas and technology is looking for Executive-Sales & MarketingJob Description / ResponsibilityMaintain strong business relationships with clients in Interior, Architecture, and Real Estate sectors.Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and project progress.Identify and approach new potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.Develop and maintain accurate lead and client records in the company system.Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and share insights with management.Propose new ideas to support business growth and profitability.Work collaboratively with management and team members to improve workflow and client experience.Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.weekly sales reports and update client database.Communicate effectively with clients in English and Bangla (Speaking & Writing).Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsExperience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Furniture, Interior DesignAdditional RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years experience in Sales/Marketing.Must have a Motorcycle with valid Driving License.If the candidate has own motorcycle, the company will provide Fuel + Maintenance Allowance.Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Smart, confident, polite and professional attitudeJob LocationDhaka (DOHS Mohakhali)
