For the right candidate, this role offers rapid advancement opportunities in a growing firm.Associate Responsibilities:Partner with Leadership Team and Partners to support and execute high-priority executive searchesConduct rigorous market research and build candidate pipelines, utilizing internal and external databasesAssist with the development of search strategy, identify and attract candidates, and create client deliverablesManage multiple client engagements and research processes at onceIdentify creative solutions to search assignmentsContact and conduct thorough interviews with prospective executive candidatesConsistently and proactively communicate and collaborate as a consultative partner to recruiters and clients, contributing insights and recommendations throughout the search processAssociate Qualifications:Executive Search / Recruiting – Prior experience in executive search, recruiting, or sourcing is strongly preferredConsulting, Sales, or Professional Services – Candidates with highly consultative, client-facing experience in management consulting, professional services, or B2B sales are also encouraged to applyBachelor’s degree required, with 2–4 years of relevant professional experienceExceptional written and oral communication skillsHighly organizedTrack record of exceeding expectations and returning strong results both personally and academically/professionallyDemonstrated track record of exceeding expectations and delivering resultsBenefits:Unlimited vacation policyCompany 401(k) matchHealth and dental insuranceTeam social and volunteering eventsLocation: Austin (Hybrid) or Dallas (Remote)Our team is headquartered in Austin, TX, and this role follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week.
