We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Executive search Partner to join our client in the Financial Services Industry for a 12 - month contract. The working model is hybrid - 2 - 3 days at the office.Responsibilities include:Executive Search & Passive Talent Identification: Utilize advanced headhunting and executive search methodologies to map markets, identify, and confidentially engage senior, specialist, and passive talent critical for executive and future leadership roles.Strategic Sourcing Design: Develop and implement efficient, data-driven sourcing strategies tailored to unique market segments and aligned with long-term business strategy.Talent Intelligence & Research: Proactively gather, curate, and share labour market insights and competitive intelligence, influencing talent attraction, hiring, and retention strategies across the organization.Best-in-Class Pipelining: Build robust, high-quality, and engaged talent pipelines ahead of demand for critical and executive positions, ensuring talent readiness for current and future opportunities.Consultative Partnership: Partner directly with senior line managers and HR, acting as a Talent Sourcing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to upskill stakeholders and define clear SLAs and best-practice methodologies.Data-Driven Innovation: Continually assess and propose innovations for sourcing channels, leveraging the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (SuccessFactors) for data optimization, and reporting on key metrics such as time-to-source and quality-of-hire.Employer Branding & EVP: Effectively sell the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand to sophisticated, passive executive candidates.What You'll Need to SucceedProven Expertise: Deep knowledge and verifiable experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within a Strategic Sourcing or Executive Search function.Executive Market Knowledge: Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting senior-level and specialist passive talent in complex, competitive markets.Strategic & Consultative Skills: Ability to translate complex business needs into viable, proactive sourcing strategies and confidently advise senior leadership.Data and Technology Fluency: Proficient in leveraging ATS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and sourcing technologies, with a strong commitment to data integrity and reporting.High Accountability: Track record of driving results and taking accountability for critical success measures (e.g., quality of hire, time to hire).
