Be the organised force behind our Police and Crime Commissioner team for LeicestershireAs a full time secretary within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) you will be providing a complete secretarial & administration service to the Commissioner or his/her Chief Executive and working as part of the wider governance team, providing secretarial and assistance in supporting the team.The position will see you use your skills when actioning diary appointments, telephone calls, document filing and more, having a strong background in organisation and administration will keep you on the ball with the requirements of this role.What You’ll Be DoingReceiving visitors, dealing with telephone enquiries and arranging meetingsAttending meeting where you will be taking comprehensive notes & transcribingDealing with a variety of matters in the absence of the Police and Crime CommissionerThe must havesHold a grade C/4 or equivalent in English LanguageHave experience in minute taking, preparing reports and detailed correspondenceExcel in written & spoken communication What’s in it for you?
