Nest Developments, A concern of Edison Technologies Ltd. is looking for Executive/Senior Executive - Customer ExperienceJob Description / ResponsibilityMaintain regular communication and build professional relationships with assigned clients.Notify clients prior to their installment due dates and ensure collection as per the payment schedule.Arrange and participate in joint inspections with clients during modification progress and record feedback.Issue official letters and communications to clients regarding material selections, modification decisions, and client-supplied items as per the approved material schedule.Prepare detailed cost sheets for additional or modified works, obtain client acceptance, and coordinate related collections.Prepare final client accounts, including any additional demands or refund settlements.Coordinate the apartment handover process, ensuring all formalities and documentation comply with company policy.Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and collection trackers.Work closely with Finance, Project, and technical teams to ensure all client-related activities are completed on time.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil EngineeringSkills Required: Customer Support, Client Relationship, Excellent computing skillExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate StartupJob LocationDhaka (Tejgaon)
