Collaborate with design, development and merchandising teams to meet T&A requirements.Liaise with local and international suppliers to track orders, lead times, and delivery plans.Ensure timely submission of quality approvals and follow up on rejections or clarifications.Maintain trackers for price, MOQ, and supplier performance across key categories.Provide data and support for internal reviews, suppler performance analysis, and reporting.Coordinate with Finance & Logistics for payment and documentation process. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Apparel Production, Textile Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in trims sourcing within the garment industry, lingerie or activewear segments.Solid understanding of knit fabric construction, usage, and cost dynamics.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/sourcing systems.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and team collaboration.Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Conduct study and analyze industry, as well as global, trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in supply chain function.
