Job SummaryThe Executive Vice President (EVP) – Business Development & Corporate Strategy is responsible for driving the Group’s strategic growth agenda through new business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and long-term corporate planning. This role leads the identification and execution of new revenue opportunities, oversees feasibility and M&A projects, and ensures the alignment of business expansion strategies with the company’s mission, financial objectives, and market dynamics.The EVP acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, ensuring that corporate strategy translates into measurable business results across all subsidiaries and business units.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Corporate DirectionDevelop and drive the corporate strategy roadmap to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with clear milestones and KPIs.Partner with C-level executives to align business unit strategies under the Group vision.2. Business Development & PartnershipIdentify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures (domestic and international).Lead negotiations with strategic partners, investors, and government stakeholders.Assess market feasibility, risk, and ROI for new business proposals.Oversee end-to-end process from concept development to commercial launch.3. Corporate Investment & M&ALead the screening, valuation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.Collaborate with the CFO and finance team to ensure strategic capital allocation and portfolio optimization.4. Transformation & InnovationChampion transformation initiatives that enhance business agility, digitalization, and customer-centricity.Drive synergy between new ventures and existing core businesses.Promote a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making across departments.5. Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor a high-performing strategy and business development team.Provide strategic counsel to the Board, CEO, and Executive Committee.Represent the company in high-level negotiations and external events.QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience: Minimum 15–20 years in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Investment, or Management Consulting, with at least 8 years in senior leadership or C-level roles.Industry Background: Experience in Retail, Travel, Hospitality, or FMCG is highly desirable. Exposure to international markets and large-scale project development is a plus.Technical Skills: Strategic planning, M&A, partnership structuring, P&L management, financial modeling, market feasibility analysis.Languages: Excellent command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.Other: Strong executive presence, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and stakeholder engagement.
