Job Description Creating and following a maintenance planStaying on-call and completing emergency maintenance in case of breaks downEstablishing maintenance policies and proceduresManaging the budget for the maintenanceKeeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried outEnsuring the project complies with safety regulations while maintenance takes placeQualificationsAbility to understand Mechanical Installations - capability to perform Maintenance of Plumbing Installation, Maintenance/Operation of Swimming Pool equipment, Maintenance/Operation of Water treatment equipment, Maintenance of Air Conditioning and Air Ventilation systems.

Ideally need to have a Valid Certification of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician issued by Electromechanical services of Cyprus (optional) Electrical technician background and ideally Valid Certification of Electrical Technician issued by Electromechanical services of CyprusBrief technical knowledge of Home Automation systems with KNX standardEnthusiasm to learn modern methodologies, technologies, construction materials, equipment etc.

Good communication skillsAbility to read technical drawings, manuals and technical specificationsAttention to details, ability to work under pressure, customer service skillsOrganizational skills for scheduling maintenance tasks and ensuring job completion, even during emergenciesTeam-working skills to liaise and work cooperatively with individuals at all levelsPhysical strength to perform physically demanding tasksLocation – Limassol, or a wish to relocate to LimassolGreek and English language is a mustExperience working on a private residence will be considered as a plus
