Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe.We're seeking a talented and experienced Clinic Expansion & Network Development Manager !Responsibilities:The Clinic Expansion & Network Development Manager drives the geographic and business growth of the company in France and Belgium:1. Clinic Expansion & Real Estate DevelopmentConduct market research to identify high-potential areas across France and Belgium.Benchmark competitors and analyze accessibility and patient potential.Pre-select and qualify sites in line with the expansion roadmap.Initiate and manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agents.Negotiate leases to secure favorable business terms.Ensure contracts are legally validated and aligned with corporate objectives.2. Clinic Opening Project ManagementOversee the full opening process — from site approval to operational launch.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and external partners (design, compliance, fitting out).Secure all required administrative authorizations (ARS in France and equivalents in Belgium).Coordinate the legal creation of dental associations (as required for clinic operations).Guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining brand and quality standards.3. Dentist Partnership Development (B2B)Proactively prospect dental practices and individual dentists for partnership opportunities.Define and present the partnership offer (value proposition, economic models, commitments).Lead negotiations and contractualization of new agreements.Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities to increase activity and satisfaction.4. Internal Coordination & ReportingAct as liaison between real estate, operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams.Provide regular updates on project and partnership pipelines (budgets, deadlines, progress).Ensure cross-functional alignment and operational readiness for each new site.5.
