Position : ExpeditorIndustry : Oil & GasLocation : Kuala LumpurScope of Work(s):Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure materials and equipment are delivered according to project schedules.Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics teams to track shipment status and resolve delivery issues.Review vendor production schedules and progress reports to identify and mitigate potential delays.Ensure compliance with procurement and logistics requirements, including documentation and regulatory standards.Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm receipt and proper handling of materials.Prepare expediting status reports and updates for project management.Support continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain efficiency.Minimum Requirement(s):Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.Minimum 10 years of practical experience in procurement within upstream oil and gas companies.Minimum 7 years of experience as an Expeditor.Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement-related systems.Note: Only those applicants who meet the above criteria will be contacted as part of shortlisting process
