Additionally, our extensive expertise in various industries allows us to serve clients with consulting services with a focus on the most profitable elements of the value chain to create scalable businesses that will deliver increased sustainable profits.Our Management Consultants work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India through activities that are driven towards delivering results, conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyze large sets of data, capture as-is processes, prepare work plans, design to-be processes, support project leads, work directly with client teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations on client issues, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm buildingCompetency Overview: Enterprise & Functional StrategyThe Operations Strategy team works with clients across industries supporting engagements -Developing enterprise and functional strategy (operating model, supply chain, manufacturing & service operations) in partnership with C-suite executivesConducting operational due diligence to assess process and technology landscapes and create POVsAdvising clients on transformation—operating model redesign, network optimization, S&OP/planning, logistics, inventory, sourcing & procurementDeveloping future state strategies for Operations driven digital transformation (analytics, automation, GenAI)Job DescriptionDiagnostic & designGather data, validate accuracy, and prepare baseline views.Build models, develop analysis and draft findingsDraft future state recommendations, catalog impact / implications and draft change strategy based on feedback and guidanceExecution & value trackingMaintain trackers, meeting notes, and action logs; iterate analyses and slides based on feedback.Core responsibilities of Experienced Associate would entail (but not limited to)ResponsibilitiesAs part of the team, you'll collaborate with experienced consultants and industry professionals to help clients address complex business challenges.
