The company was founded in 2002 by Directors with global experience and local knowledge to cater to the needs of individual customers.Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role for an experienced Technology Support Engineer in UK or Portugal at Curo Support Services Ltd. The role will be located in UK, portugal or spain with the flexibility to work from home. The Technology Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, troubleshooting, communication, technical support. MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH !!QualificationsAnalytical Skills, Troubleshooting.Strong Communication and Technical Support skillsExperience in IT support and technology servicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of industry best practices and trendsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus
