Job description: Ensure the human, material, and equipment resources necessary to fulfill defined production plans, as well as introduce changes aimed at improving productivity and operational efficiency levels; Collaborate in joint coordination with Planning to optimize lines and materials through efficient production planning, with a view to optimizing production capacity, ensuring compliance with defined delivery deadlines, product quality, and minimum downtime; Survey maintenance intervention needs and plan, together with the Quality and Maintenance departments, actions to change processes/production and clean equipment in order to optimize planned production downtime and preserve the continuous operation of production lines with the least possible wear and tear; Ensure hygiene and safety in the workplace in order to guarantee the preservation and cleanliness of the industrial area for which you are jointly responsible, as well as the integrity of people and property; Monitor internal and external complaint processes, supporting quality in the analysis of the reasons for non-conformities detected, in order to develop actions aimed at correcting them. Collaborate in the development of energy rationalization projects, aiming to reduce manufacturing costs; Analyze the Daily Production Report to check production and quality levels, monitoring actual performance against budget and implementing corrective actions in the event of deviations; Identify the causes of non-compliance of raw materials, in the course of production or finished product, informing the quality department, with the aim of assessing the need to initiate a complaint process with suppliers; Collaborate in the presentation of proposals for changes to the manufacturing process, with a view to optimizing the manufacturing process and/or improving product quality; Promote critical analysis and ongoing development of work organization, processes, and the operation of installed equipment, actively participating in the identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement actions; Collaborate in defining manufacturing procedures/work instructions for new products and/or changes to existing products, to ensure the systematic technical information required for the manufacturing process; Monitor compliance with defined manufacturing procedures, as well as work instructions and product specifications, to ensure the highest quality of the final product. Profile: Higher Education Engineering chemistry or similar Knowledge of industrial process; Knowledge of legislation on Safety, Environment - ISO 18001; Knowledge of the production process; Experience in industrial activity (minimum 1/2 years). Languages: Fluent English; Knowledge of user's perspective; Project management.
