You will handle daily bidding, write clear and tailored proposals, and coordinate with the team on technical requirements.Responsibilities:• Identify and bid on relevant projects in Web Development, Mobile Apps, React/Node.js, .NET, PHP, and API integrations• Write concise, customized proposals that address client needs• Qualify leads, ask smart pre-screening questions, and maintain a high response rate• Track bids, follow up with clients, and manage communication until handoff• Understand project scope well enough to highlight our strengths and propose solutionsRequirements:• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or business development specialist• Strong understanding of software development terms and project flows• Excellent written English with the ability to write clean, clear, client-focused proposals• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent daily output• Familiarity with Upwork search filters, best practices, and proposal positioningNice to Have:• Technical background in web or mobile development• Experience writing fixed-price estimates or breaking down project milestonesWhat I Offer:• Long-term collaboration• Performance-based bonuses for closed deals
