Job Description

JOB PURPOSEProviding support to the Department and its sections in developing corporate systems, policies, procedures, and programs, and developing the corporate work system related to the Department's tasks and responsibilities in accordance with international best practices and the principles of corporate governance. In addition, providing support in preparing and reviewing related reports.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DECISION-MAKING1. Prepare and review management strategies and operational plans, ensuring their alignment with the organization's strategic directions.2. Propose development initiatives and projects that contribute to increasing efficiency and effectiveness and achieving corporate excellence.3. Develop frameworks and methodologies that support sustainable corporate transformation.4. Design and implement comprehensive corporate transformation plans and support their implementation across the organization's various sectors.5. Develop and implement change management plans, building corporate awareness of the importance of change and its acceptance.6. Support work teams in applying interactive tools and methods to ensure the success of transformation initiatives.7. Develop effective performance indicators for management and initiatives, measure the impact of development projects, and analyze their results.8. Prepare analytical reports that support decision-making and promote continuous improvement in corporate performance.9. Support digital initiatives and submit proposals for the use of modern technologies to improve operations and services.10. Participate in the design and implementation of corporate innovation labs and stimulate a culture of innovation within the workplace.11. Ensure compliance with corporate excellence standards and participate in the preparation of excellence portfolios (EFQM, Dubai Excellence, ISO).12. Assess the department's readiness to participate in competitive awards and provide support in self-assessment processes.13. Analyze future trends relevant to the Authority's work and propose scenarios that support the organization's readiness.14. Coordinate work with other departments to ensure the integration of corporate efforts and reduce duplication and conflict.15. Support the implementation of human capacity development plans and provide specialized technical advice to managers and employees.16. Enhance knowledge transfer mechanisms and document best practices to ensure knowledge sustainability within the department.17. Provide support to department managers in implementing the department's approved implementation plan within the approved timeframe.18. Provide ongoing support to the department manager in reviewing reports and providing feedback on received reports.19. Contribute effectively to providing support to section managers and department staff in certain assigned tasks.20. Providing opinions and advice to department managers and the department manager regarding contracting with consulting firms, including reviewing the scope of work, providing technical opinions, and participating in evaluating technical bids.21. Providing support to the department director in forming and leading multi-tasking teams, organizing their main tasks, and monitoring their performance.22. Representing the department in committees and meetings, and performing any other tasks assigned within the scope of his/her expertise.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLSBachelor's degree in business administration or its equivalent from an accredited university. Priority is given to those with master's or doctorate degrees in related disciplines.
