Ciklum is looking for an Expert Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in Bulgaria.We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As an Expert Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.Our cutting-edge AI tool is designed to modernize and maintain legacy code, empowering development teams to streamline workflows and ensure long-term code sustainability. With its help, developers can create live, auto-synced documentation directly within their IDE, fostering seamless onboarding and collaboration. Our innovative approach bridges the gap between outdated codebases and modern practices, helping teams unlock productivity and adapt to evolving business needs.Responsibilities:Lead a small team of experienced engineers (2–4 devs) in delivering high-impact features across our platformWork hands-on (~50% of the time) on complex backend and frontend challengesDrive architectural decisions, technical planning, and code quality standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and DevOps to build scalable and secure solutionsMentor team members, support their growth, and help them succeedOwn team execution, sprint planning, and on-time deliveryWork with the latest LLMs, RAG, and other AI-related technologiesRequirements:6+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer1–3 years of experience as a tech/team lead or a senior dev mentoring othersStrong experience in Front-end - Typescript, Framework React/Vue (Vue preferred)Backend skills with Node.js, Clouds, NoSQL databases (e.g., Firestore, MongoDB, DynamoDB)Solid understanding of serverless architecture and how to build and deploy scalable services using itNice to have familiarity with creating IDE plugins (e.g., VS Code, IntelliJ) and the development lifecycle involvedNice to have experience with e2e PlaywrightExperience designing and owning hybrid cloud applicationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsWhat`s in it for you?Regular salary reviews based on performanceCorporate events: webinars, offline parties, and meetupsInternal Mobility ProgramTailored education path (including full access to Udemy, certifications, etc.)25 paid days off: 20 business days of vacation per calendar year + 5 undocumented sick leave daysAdditional health insurance100% company-covered Multisport card, with discounts available for family membersAbout us:At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
