Job Description
General Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of export sales and operations experience in FMCG and/or Retail industry.Excellent strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and negotiation skills.Proficient in English and Spanish at an advanced level.Strong commercial perspective and customer-centric approach.High level of risk and opportunity awareness.Effective communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.Proficient in planning, execution, coordination, time management, data management, and reporting.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, ERP, and CRM software.No restrictions on international travel.Job Description:Manage and enhance existing business partnerships, and explore new opportunities.Develop and implement strategies to meet sales objectives, actively seeking new opportunities to drive business growth.Directly manage the entire export process from order receipt to goods delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments.Monitor and analyze market developments, competitor activities, risks, and opportunities; develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.Perform accurate budgeting and forecasting based on historical data and current business results, considering activity/promotion plans, market trends, risks, opportunities, and other critical criteria.Ensure compliance with relevant export regulations and requirements, and negotiate any necessary regulatory changes with partners, to maintain legal and regulatory compliance in all export activities.Travel domestically and internationally for partner visits and attend exhibitions to represent the company.Monitor internal and external progress daily and report regularly to the Export Manager.
