QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales of chemical raw materials, preferably with a focus on solvent-based and/or water-based polyurethane products.Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.Solid knowledge of market research, competitor analysis and product positioning in international markets, along with experience in export operations, customs regulations, and international trade compliance.Strong customer relationship management skills with a track record of building and maintaining long-term partnerships.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.High level of organizational, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.No restrictions on international travel.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the international sales portfolio for chemical raw materials.Identify and develop business opportunities in target export markets.Conduct regular customer visits, prepare and deliver technical/commercial presentations, and maintain strong follow-up to build lasting partnerships.Responsible for managing both direct customer accounts and distributor relationships in assigned international markets.Prepare price quotations, negotiate terms, and manage the order-to-delivery process in coordination with internal departments.Drive both new customer acquisition and account development for sustainable growth.Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company export targets.Coordinate closely with internal departments including R&D, Logistics, Production Planning, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of export operations.Take active part in or lead cross-functional projects related to export and customs processes.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for assigned regions.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
