About the roleWe are hiring an Export Sales Manager to grow branded and private label sales across priority markets. You will bring an active network of distributors and key accounts and convert early opportunities quickly. You will manage pricing and terms, run tenders, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, R&D/QA and Logistics to deliver OTIF. English is required. We respect legal boundaries and expect full compliance with any non-solicit or non-compete obligations.Key responsibilitiesBuild and manage a qualified pipeline across GCC, Levant, North Africa, the EU, and the UK. Deliver revenue, margin and hit rate.Leverage existing relationships to secure first meetings and sampling plans within 60 days.Source, assess and onboard distributors and key accounts. Set joint business plans and targets.Lead RFQs and tenders. Prepare quotations, pricing models and contribution margin analyses.Negotiate volumes, MOQs, payment terms and commercial agreements.Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, R&D/QA and Logistics to meet specifications, costs and timelines.Own export operations with the Ops team: proforma, CI, PL, COO, health certificates and packing lists.Work with Finance and Logistics on Incoterms, letters of credit, CAD or TT and shipment release.Forecast demand, own S&OP inputs, and keep CRM data accurate and current.Plan and attend key food tradeshows (Gulfood, Anuga, SIAL, PLMA, WorldFood Istanbul). Run pre-show outreach and complete CRM follow-ups within 48 hours.Track KPIs: booked revenue, gross margin, hit rate, forecast accuracy, DSO and OTIF.Minimum requirements5 or more years in export sales within food, FMCG, or private label manufacturing.Proven success managing distributors or key accounts in at least two regions.Working knowledge of Incoterms, letters of credit and export documentation.Strong commercial maths for pricing, margin and FX.Daily user of a modern CRM (Zendesk Sell, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho or similar).Attendance at at least one major food tradeshow in the last 24 months.English B2 or higher and Turkish at working level.Willing and able to travel internationally.Nice to haveArabic, French, Spanish, Dutch, German or other languagesCategory experience in beverages, coffee or seasonings.Familiarity with BRCGS and IFS for customer conversations.Simple dashboards in Excel or Power BI.Prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo.What success looks likeMonth 1: Meetings booked with existing contacts, sampling plans agreed, CRM pipeline fully populated.Quarter 1: First orders closed, forecast accuracy above 80 per cent, clear JBP drafts with priority partners.Ongoing: Clean CRM hygiene, disciplined cadence, steady OTIF and margin delivery.What we valueClear, direct and respectful communication.Ownership from quotation to cash.Data-informed decisions and steady pipeline discipline.Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
