This role coordinated different PR initiatives: corporate communications, media relations, crisis management, influencer mkt, content development and product launches in Latin America. PR Agencies leadership PR Launches Ownership over the region.External Communication Responsibilities planning, developing and implementing PR strategies communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople. Teamwork cross areas with the entire company liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations researching, approving and coordinating press releases distribution to targeted media collating and analyzing media coverage writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports preparing and supervising the product launches in the countries, including the coordination of the PR agency and the production agency organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours maintaining and updating information on the organization's media center / blog sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities commissioning market research fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives managing the media relations of the company managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation. Global Marketing Integration: Work closely with Motorola Product, Product Marketing, Brand to tell the Motorola story Support Media Engagement and Events Recommend media outlets / influencers to engage with Assist Regional PR leads at media and consumer events hosted by Motorola or partners Qualifications: Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing Bachelor's Degree -4 years work experience Excellent writing Native Spanish speaking Advanced English Ability to work on multiple projects at one time Team player, willing to assist on tasks small or large Experience pitching media / influencers and coordinating stories with them Proven relationship with technology media Some small and large scale event coordination experience Proficient in google and Microsoft suite Agency experienceInternal Comms Responsibilities Support Internal Communications for Motorola LATAM. Plan and create campaigns for Internal communication Create a annual calendar of Internal Communications activities and plan the activities for each date Focal point for HR, Bus and functional areas for Internal Communications - local and regional Writing and editing in-house magazines, news letters, speeches for executives Support for Internal events, including development of presentation and content for speakers Support for Internal Communications of a potential crisis situation.
