Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionExternal Engagements Coordination Partner (Contract Management)The OpportunityAs an External Engagement Coordination Partner, you bring a profound compliance expertise with you and will provide support to the Roche Network in the very key area of Healthcare professional engagements, and Patient Partnership for Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and Patient Organizations. You will be working closely with Global Organizations to ensure Events with Healthcare professionals are conducted in an ethical and compliant way.As a team member of the External Collaborations Enablement Team, in your role, you will actively drive and facilitate the E2E Compliance Process Oversight, Improvement, Monitoring and Execution. You will partner with Roche internal partners and external customers for the engagements within your responsibility and you will ensure that all Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Patient-related engagement steps are effectively and efficiently managed and related transfers of value are executed on time, in high quality and in line with all compliance rules and regulations.Compliance Expertise and Advisory: Provide expert compliance advice to senior leaders and ensure adherence to global and local regulations during external engagementsEnd-to-End Compliance Management: Manage HCP/HCO and patient engagement processes, including FMV calculations, compliant ToV transfers, purchase order creation, invoice reconciliation, and timely reporting of Actual SpendGlobal Interaction and Approvals: Collaborate with Diagnostics compliance offices to determine FMV, hospitality restrictions, and secure necessary approvals for engagementsContract Management: Draft, review, and finalize contracts while ensuring accuracy, resolving discrepancies, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining secure storage of executed agreementsCustomer Service and Support: Provide exceptional service by addressing compliance-related questions, guiding stakeholders, tracking engagement processes, and ensuring timely, quality executionProcess & Capability Development: Partner with Compliance and Procurement to enhance workflows, address deviations/CAPAs, and improve the external engagement process across the organizationInspection and Audit Preparation: Support documentation preparation for inspections and auditsWho You AreEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, with 5+ years of experience in Customer Relations, Contract Management, Procurement, Finance, or related fieldsHCP/HCO Expertise: Extensive experience engaging with HCPs/HCOs and patient communities, with knowledge of Pharma collaboration typesContract & Compliance Knowledge: Proficient in contract drafting/management and healthcare compliance with external reporting expertiseProject & Process Management: Strong skills in project management, organizational excellence, transformation of complex processes, and attention to detailSystems Proficiency: Experience with tools like iHCP, MyBuy, SAP, and MDMS for approval and compliance processesInterpersonal & Stakeholder Skills: Exceptional skills in networking, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and navigating matrix environmentsMindset & Integrity: High ethical standards, cultural awareness, continuous improvement focus, and agile methodology proficiencyIn exchange we provide you with Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
