External Production Junior Manager, PoznańTemporary employment contract for 12 months Role OverviewThis position is responsible for maintaining all key external production data on suppliers and ensuring all Carlsberg group systems are correct and up to date. Build relationships with suppliers so that the person is a link between Carlsberg and the supplier, to ensure information is up to date and processes are followed. It also involves the identification and introduction of new co-manufacturers to support the company's growth and innovation initiatives.What You’ll Be DoingMaintain databases up to date (SAP, Ariba, etc)Support category manager to evaluate new finished good sources of supply for groupMaintain and improve all OBC costings by supplier by productDevelop, negotiate and manage appointed supply agreements for multiple suppliersEvaluate business opportunities to maximize cost savings, while ensuring the best quality and serviceSupport category manager to find most cost effective production location for co-manufactured and repacked items to ensure a stable and consistent supply to the company's distribution centersThe role will work closely with suppliers and all levels of Carlsberg and can be based at any of the Carlsberg locationsEffectively and efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timelines are metEvaluate/view supplier performance, and resolve operational and invoicing issues in a timely mannerWork with the category manager to improve the data of the network of external producers and document supplier informationWhat We’re Looking ForGood system skills and ability to use different systems ( SAP, SIEVO, ARIBA)Business and commercial acumen and analytical skillsProficient admin skills in a global company systemsExtensive knowledge of international manufacturing and contract management.Knowledge of S&OP process and ability to manage this across the group with internal and external suppliers.Ability to be able to work with suppliers from different countries and cultures and take into account currency fluctuations and be able to involve category procurement experts on material prices and markets.Initiative to seek improvements to all faced tasks and processes (e.g. automation whenever possible)What You Can ExpectWe’re asking for a lot, but you’ll be well-rewarded with:Flexible working hoursWorking in a hybrid mode (min. 2 days in the office per week)Private health care, accident insurance, and MyBenefit system at your disposalAnnual bonusHoliday benefit “Wczasy pod Gruszą”Christmas gift & MyBenefit pointsAdditional holiday for Birthday & job anniversaryInternal trainings Periodical beer allowance & 0% beer available at the office Co-financed lunchSocial events such as e.g. Thursday Bars in the officeEmployee Referral Program Bike parking spaceModern ergonomic office space with a chillout zone Exciting growth and development opportunities within the organization Working in a passionate, international environmentPlease note the deadline for applying is 18th November 2025.We read applications continuously and vacancies may be filled anytime.
