This is an excellent fit for individuals who enjoy recruitment work and want the independence of a self-employed position.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source qualified Market Research Analysts for active projectsGuide candidates through onboarding and initial trainingEnsure new hires understand their responsibilities and meet early performance expectationsMonitor initial results and coordinate with the internal team to maintain qualityKeep accurate records of candidates, progress, and outcomesRequirementsPrior experience in recruitment, preferably in sales, outreach, or research-driven rolesStrong ability to assess communication skills and productivity potentialSelf-motivated, organized, and results-orientedExperience with cold calling or lead generation is a plus, but not required
