As part of our growing Climate Change and Sustainability Services team, you will work with leading companies across sectors and play a key role in shaping Türkiye’s and the region’s sustainability transformation.We are now seeking a Senior Consultant / Consultant to join our team.Together, all in, to build a better working world.Your Key Responsibilities As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting client engagements and delivering high-quality sustainability -related services. Your responsibilities will include:Client Work & Technical DeliverySupport the delivery of sustainability, climate change, and reporting-related engagementsConduct research, data analysis and benchmarking to identify client risks, opportunities and improvement areasAssist in developing sustainability strategies, GHG inventories, decarbonisation roadmaps and climate risk assessmentsContribute to sustainability and climate reporting in line with ISSB/TSRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDPSupport environmental & social due diligence (E&S DD) assessments for transactions and major projectsHelp prepare client presentations, proposals and technical reportsProject Support & CoordinationWork closely with engagement managers to track project timelines, deliverables and quality expectationsSupport project documentation, workpapers and EY risk management proceduresCollaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams across service linesStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationCommunicate clearly with client teams and EY colleaguesHelp translate technical sustainability concepts into concise, actionable insightsBuild trusted working relationships with stakeholders at various levelsWhat We Look ForWe are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about sustainability and eager to develop deep technical and analytical skills.Qualifications & ExperienceStrong academic background in environmental sciences, engineering, economics, public policy, business or related fields1–6 years of experience in sustainability, climate change, social impact or related roles (professional services experience is a plus)Knowledge or experience in:GHG accounting (Scope 1–2–3) and/ or LCA Sustainability reporting frameworks (ISSB/TSRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP)Environmental & social due diligence (E&S DD)Decarbonisation, climate risk or net-zero planningFinancial literacy and the ability to interpret financial statements is an advantageExperience with sustainability assurance (ISAE 3000 / ISAE 3410) is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving and research skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and TurkishAbility to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple prioritiesProactive, adaptable and detail-oriented with a willingness to learnProfessional presence and confidence in engaging with client teamsWhat We Offer YouAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
