This role offers the unique opportunity to work from home within Bulgaria while providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele.Job Location: Bulgaria Job Description: Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking luxury hotel clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concernsProvide personalized recommendations and assistance to ensure an unforgettable guest experienceManage reservations, special requests, and VIP arrangements for high-profile clientsCollaborate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and exceed expectationsHandle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionallyMaintain detailed guest profiles and preferences to enhance future staysStay updated on hotel offerings, local attractions, and exclusive experiences to provide expert adviceContribute to the development of customer service strategies to elevate the guest experienceQualifications:Fluency in German and English language(B2H/C1)Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer serviceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailCultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse client needsProficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems is an advantageAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a home office environmentFlexibility to work varying shifts to accommodate international client schedulesStrong internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup within BulgariaYou will get:Work from home within BulgariaRelocation PackageCompetitive salary and attractive, uncapped bonus schemeLots of benefits such as food vouchers, compliments card, free coffee, multisport card, additional health & life insurance, discounts for your personal vacations and many moreCareer development opportunities in a big international companyThe training will take place in our modern office in Sofia and will take place on side for about 4-5 weeks.It is mandatory to attend further meeting & trainings in Sofia while being employed.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 22:00Saturday to Sunday: 10:00 – 20:00
