F-16 Simulator/Academic Instructor (Secret) - Osan AB

This position supports PACAF's SIP program and is responsible for all aspects of Performance Work Statement-specified academic and simulator training of F-16 pilots. We have two OCONUS openings at Osan AB, South Korea - both paying $10K "sign-on" bonus. We welcome referrals, paying internal & external referrals - $5K for each hire once the new hire is onboard 90 days, per our company policy.ResponsibilitiesDevelops curricula and instructs flight students. Conduct flights training, determines student proficiency, reports on student progress, and develops new teaching methods. Demonstrates techniques for controlling aircraft during taxiing, takeoff, spins, stalls, turns, and landings. Teaches the principles of flight, navigation, weather, and the use of radio navigation equipment. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. Deliver academic training including Cockpit/Crew Resource Management (CRM), Instrument Refresher Course (IRC), Theater Indoctrination (TI), Local Area Orientation (LAO), Mission Qualification (MQT) and Upgrade Training.Provide simulator training in support of PACAF pilot training: provide:Basic MTC console operation.MTC console operation while providing instruction; andDirect/support instruction (i.e. “over the shoulder” or while flying the MTC).Maintain training and evaluation records for each employee detailing individual training and certification/qualification (AF Form 8 for MTCI/CIP).The Contractor shall document instructor proficiency training on Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), equipment, software and systems as they are modified.QualificationsTypically requires BA and 2-4 years.
