ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality visual and written content for multiple F&B brands, including photos, videos, and short-form storytellingDevelop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and eventsCapture authentic moments that reflect each brand’s story, values, and experience — from kitchen to communityWrite engaging captions, brand copy, and creative narratives that convey each concept’s tone of voiceCollaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to align creative direction with overall brand strategyEnsure brand consistency across all digital channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websitesProduce behind-the-scenes content, chef highlights, and product spotlights to humanize the brand experienceBrainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas for seasonal activations, events, and new openingsStay updated on UAE’s F&B scene, emerging trends, and social media formats to maintain a modern, relevant approachCoordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers when external support is requiredMonitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategy to improve engagement and reachManage post-production processes, ensuring all visuals meet brand standards and technical requirementsMaintain an organized content library, managing digital assets and archives efficientlyAttend outlet openings, tastings, and events to capture real-time visual storytelling opportunitiesSkills & Qualifications2–4 years of experience in F&B content creation (experience with UAE brands is a strong advantage)Excellent photography and videography skills with a focus on food and lifestyle aestheticsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or similar editing toolsStrong storytelling and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Deep understanding of social media trends, particularly in the UAE F&B spaceCreative eye for composition, lighting, and visual mood
