Your role is to manage reservation requests with efficiency and courtesy, ensuring each guest’s booking is handled accurately and professionally. You will assist guests with inquiries, confirm reservation details, and coordinate with the restaurant team to maximize guest satisfaction and optimize table availability.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.Accurately record and confirm reservation details, including special requests and dietary requirements.Coordinate with restaurant team to manage seating plans and optimize table usage during peak periods.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and special events to assist guests effectively.Handle modifications, cancellations, and last-minute requests with efficiency and a guest-oriented approach.Ensure accurate and organized reservation records in the booking system, following data privacy standards.Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to deliver seamless guest experiences from reservation to dining.Skills and Experience RequiredAbility to interact effectively and courteously with guests, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing requests, and managing booking systems efficiently.Accuracy in recording reservation information and handling special requests.Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.Familiarity with reservation software such as SevenRooms, online booking platforms, and basic computer skills.Ability to address guest inquiries, resolve booking issues, and adapt to changing situations.Prior experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.Proficiency in English required; additional language skills are an asset.
