D365 F&O Project ManagerLocation: Liège (Hybrid)Contract: Freelance, 12 months, extendableStart: ASAPLanguages: English and FrenchWe are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Project Manager to run a full migration from AX 2012 to D365 F&O for a multi-site manufacturing group. This is a delivery ownership role, not an advisory or coordination role. You will drive the plan, manage the integrator, and ensure the business is ready for the cutover.What you will be responsible for• Building and controlling the project plan, budget and timeline • Steering the integrator and holding them to deliverables and quality gates • Leading solution workshops and pushing a standard first approach • Running Fit Gap and making clear calls on custom vs standard • Owning data migration approach and mock cycles, not just approving them • Building and executing cutover and hypercare plans • Managing stakeholders across operations, finance, IT and external partnersWhat you need to bring• Full D365 F&O implementations where you owned the delivery • Manufacturing or distribution experience is essential, not optional • Comfortable leading programs where multiple sites need to align processes • Able to challenge integrators and internal stakeholders where needed • Fluent in English and French (Dutch is useful)You will be the one making sure the program moves, stays aligned and lands cleanly.If you are available and this matches your delivery experience, message me directly and we can speak this week.
