Facade Planning Engineer

Meraki Group is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Facade Planning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of facade projects, ensuring that all aspects of design, procurement, and installation align with project timelines and objectives. You will coordinate with various teams to facilitate efficient project execution while optimizing resources and maintaining high-quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans for facade systems, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategiesCollaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that all planning activities align with technical specifications and project goalsMonitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, proposing solutions to keep the project on trackCoordinate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of materials and components required for facade installationFacilitate communication between architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project coordinationPrepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential challengesImplement best practices in project planning and resource management to enhance project efficiency and effectivenessRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning or coordination, preferably within the facade or construction industryStrong knowledge of facade design principles and construction practicesProficiency in project management software and tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similarExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on team collaborationAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detailBenefitsWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a growing and professional team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
