Facade Production Supervisor

Meraki Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facade Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of facade production, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinating daily operations and implementing best practices in production.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the production team in the fabrication and installation of facade systemsEnsure adherence to safety protocols and quality control processes throughout productionCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communicationMonitor production schedules, adjusting resources and timelines as necessary to meet project deadlinesConduct regular inspections of work being performed to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standardsProvide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and productivityMaintain accurate records of production activities, materials used, and inventory levelsRequirementsDiploma in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on construction or manufacturing preferredA minimum of 5 years of experience in facade production or related field, with supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction techniquesExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse teamProficient in production management software and project scheduling toolsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
