Our innovative solutions empower companies to enhance operations, elevate customer experiences, and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.Purpose of the Role:The facilitator will be responsible for delivering the Flagship Occupational Health & Safety Management and Leadership Program. The role involves providing structured, outcomes-based training in alignment with QCTO and HWSETA standards. The facilitator will guide learners through theoretical and practical components, workplace projects, and leadership development activities, ensuring that all learning outcomes are achieved to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:Deliver structured learning sessions in accordance with the approved curriculum and QCTO/OHS Practitioner standards.Facilitate interactive learning using case studies, simulations, and workplace-relevant scenarios.Guide learners in developing workplace-based Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) projects and leadership portfolios.Assess learner performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.Ensure compliance with QCTO and SETA quality assurance requirements.Collaborate with program administrators and onsite assistants to coordinate training logistics.Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, participation, and assessment outcomes.Participate in assessment moderation, reporting, and evaluation processes.Minimum Qualifications:A recognized qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Risk Management, or Safety Management (NQF Level 5 or higher).Facilitator Certificate (ETDP SETA accredited).Registered Assessor and/or Moderator with HWSETA or Services SETA (advantageous).QCTO practitioner registration (advantageous).Experience Requirements:Minimum of three to five years of facilitation experience in Occupational Health & Safety or related leadership program.Proven experience in delivering QCTO or SETA-accredited training.Strong understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, risk management systems, and workplace safety culture development.Experience facilitating adult learning in both classroom and virtual environments.Key Competencies:Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Learner-centered approach to training.Sound knowledge of assessment and moderation practices.Strategic understanding of workplace safety and leadership principles.High level of professionalism, reliability, and adaptability.Remuneration:A competitive facilitation rate will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
