With ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 22301:2019 certifications, Macrologic underscores its commitment to security, data protection, and operational resilience.Macrologic Diversified Technologies, Inc. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities and Property Administration Supervisor with a Safety Officer background to oversee facility operations, property management, and workplace safety compliance.This role ensures that the company’s facilities, leases, and administrative processes are efficient, secure, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, and equipment management.Manage company property leases, contracts, and legal documentation, ensuring timely renewals, accuracy, and compliance with government and regulatory requirements.Supervise administrative support functions such as logistics and office services.Act as Safety Officer, ensuring full compliance with DOLE standards and occupational safety and health regulations.Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs, policies, and emergency response procedures.Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety training for employees.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and government agencies for permits, compliance, and property-related services.Support company events and activities through logistical and administrative planning.Prepare and maintain accurate reports, records, and budget documents related to facilities, property, and safety operations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Administration, or similar supervisory roles.Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or higher) with practical experience in workplace safety and compliance.Strong background in handling property leases, contracts, and legal documentation.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with procurement, vendor management, and compliance procedures.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and operational efficiency.Why Join Us:Be part of a fast-growing, innovative technology solutions company.Contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.Enjoy competitive compensation and career development opportunities.
