Job DescriptionProject Management:Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of facilities projects including renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and equipment installations.Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.Track progress, manage budgets, and report status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.Ensure all projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards.Facilities Operations & Maintenance:Oversee the daily operation of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety.Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and preventive maintenance schedules.Support space planning, occupancy tracking, and workplace optimization.Safety & Compliance:Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Act as a key contributor to the organization’s emergency preparedness and safety initiatives.Safety Officer certification or related training is a plus.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture or a related field.Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in a large-scale corporate setting (1,500–2,500 employees).Demonstrated expertise in project management—from development through execution—within facilities environments.Project Management certification is highly preferred.Strong technical understanding of building systems, BMS and infrastructure.Safety training or certifications (e.g., BOSH and/or COSH) are a strong advantage.Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures and programs.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
