Job Description

This person is in charge of existing plans, interior and exterior design, projects and maintenance following TP Global Standards and taking care of human being. - Provide support for and participate in the design processes for site development, building, planning, and design of new and renovated facilities.Key responsabilities:-         Keep updated every NCA facilities plans-         Undertake design projects providing the concept and working the implementation with the Premises Coordinator.-         Anticipate, understand and manage client expectations.-         Generate 2D and 3D interior design plans, drawings, mood boards and project visualizations based on the clients needs.-         Suggest the materials, fixtures, and equipment in adherence to TP standards.-         Advise on interior layout of spaces proposing reconfigurations based on the industry changes, evolution and best practices-         Create the Facilities News on a weekly basis-         Ensure adherence to the TP Global Standards every on every existing and new space or project.-         Develop and execute a furniture maintenance plan.-         Develop new concepts and design innovative workspaces that promote the effectiveness, functionality and esthetics of TP.-         Ensure the safe and optimal occupation and use of every interior space.-         Take care of maintenance on all interior spaces and elements such as furniture, lighting, decoration and others.-         Execute temporary space modifications for specific events.-         Research market to determine trends in color, theme, fabric, trim and style and make recommendations that align with project requirements and budget.-         Conduct site visits and create assessments to gather information and evaluate existing spaces.-         Extensive daily interaction with internal colleagues, management and customers to ensure design functionality.-         Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility design and space planning.-         Develop detailed design documents maintaining an accurate documentation and record of design projects. Education and Specific Training Interior designer, Furniture Designer or Interior architect.Work Experience – BIM Modeler, Architect, Interior Designer, Project Manager, Event Planner.
