Support & lead tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance, with a highlighted focus on contractor works and activities. Detailed plan and monitor Facilities & Maintenance contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operatorsConduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assignedComply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirementsFile, report & record maintenance records and incident managementWhat You’ll BringContractor management experience is highly advantageousExperience in the facilities and/or property industry, industrial preferredAdvanced knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building servicesExcellent organisation and administrative skillsUnderstanding of key building services, preferably in industrial or large scale commercial propertyAbility to plan maintenance, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholdersStrong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWhat You’ll ExperienceEverything we do is driven by a culture of care for our team, customers, and community.
