Job DetailsDescriptionLocation: Pilot Butte, SKPosition: Full Time Term ending December 1, 2026Posting Closing Date: November 10, 2025Position OverviewWe are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic property management team, serving our northern campuses. As a valued member of our service-oriented crew, you will play a key role in maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone.About The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including general maintenance, emergency and preventative repairs, landscaping, yard upkeep, and snow removal. The successful candidate will be skilled in safely operating motorized equipment, construction tools, and machinery. You should also be comfortable working in various environments, including climbing ladders, navigating confined spaces, and lifting or carrying objects.To Be Considered For This Position, Candidates Should PossessA working knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and operationsPhysical capability to perform a range of manual activitiesA valid Class 5 driver's license with a good driving recordWHMIS certificationProficiency in Microsoft OfficeYou should be ready to work in a dynamic work environment with varying workloads and deadlines, and be known for your approachability, teamwork, and flexibility when interacting with clients and colleagues.Additional RequirementsThe incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines. Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.
