Facilities Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Maintain and oversee daily operations of power supply systems, including water, electricity, and gas.Monitor and manage the operation of compressed air, vacuum, and central air conditioning systems.Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of power distribution systems and related equipment.Independently respond to and resolve electrical distribution faults and abnormal system issues.Ensure compliance with safety operating procedures for electrical and hydropower systems.Support continuous improvement initiatives for facility reliability and energy efficiency.Qualifications:More than 2 years of experience in maintaining power facilities within a factory environment.Possess a valid low-voltage electrical work permit.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, and basic understanding of high-voltage power distribution.Familiar with safety operating procedures for hydropower systems.Basic understanding of power distribution, central air conditioning, compressed air, and vacuum systems.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle emergencies independently.
